I specialize in deep tissue, sports and injury rehabiltation, using a variety of modalities from fascial integration to deep tissue focus. I am passionate about health and wellness, rehabilitation after injury.
I will be teaching for a diploma in massage therapy and continuing to develop continuing education classes.
My designation is Massage Therapist, having trained with ICT Northumberland College in Nova Scotia
When I'm not working you will find me thrill seeking. I enjoy hiking, running, skiing, swimming, scuba diving and just about anything for the adrenalin rush
